For the past few months I have been shopping and planning for my trip to Quito, Ecuador. I'll be there from January 3 to May 17! I'm so incredibly excited, yet nervous since this is my first time traveling alone and to another country. I cannot wait to see the Galapagos islands, the Amazon, or the big city of Quito. I can't wait to ride the buses and taxis and eat the foods. I'm so excited to meet my host family and my program director. I cannot say that I'm excited for classes, but what student is? Even though I have worries about this trip, I am so blessed with the support of my friends and family that I know it will be a success. Ecuador, here I come!
